At the neighborhood market whose flower stall you saw yesterday, you can also buy a wide variety of homemade breads, cakes, scones, and pastries.

Your people shots are very nice. With all the movement and commotion, I wasn’t able to grab any. Good job!

It looks very inviting, hmm .. yummy. I saw many bloggers change the layout with wordpress, how do you guys do it?

We have Saturday market where vendors sell similar treats. We go even when we are not buying just for the enjoyment of being there.

One of the reasons summers are glorious in MN is because of the Farmer’s Markets. Nice display of bread and a good glimpse of the customers. What a beautiful day it was!

Marie — Thank you. Maybe people gave me space because of my t emporary cast and because I glowered in case they stepped on my foot!

Tanty — Go to http://www.wordpress.com and register for a free blog just like you did on Blogger. There are clear instructions for migrating your blog over, and it’s very easy—automatic in fact. The only things you lose are in your sidebar , but it’s easy to put your blogroll and so on back. The most tedious thing for me was to upload all the photos to a hosting service (I chose Photobucket) and retag the posts. But it was worth it because WordPress is more reliable and you don’t have that thing of Blogger refusing to let you upload photos. Check out the forum (http://usnp.de/dailyphoto/index) for more info because lots of people have done it.

Denton — I am beginning to think that going for the enjoyment as you describe is better than going for the produce because the prices for local produce are better in the supermarkets.

Kate — That bread stall makes a complete square. What I showed, with a couple of the people who work on it, is just a fraction. But at $4 and $5, an occasional loaf is a treat rather than a staple for me.
